Individual Counselling
Individual counselling aims to help individuals explore and overcome issues that cause distress or unhappiness in their lives. It offers a safe, consistent space to confront challenging emotions, behaviours and unhelpful thoughts. I provide support that respects your perspective, primarily offering guidance rather than direct advice. The aim is to help you gain insights , understand what is taking place for you and seek solutions to overcome them. Realising the power you hold allows you to effectively wield that same power after counselling ends. I work to empower you, so you can recognise that you are capable of more than you think.
Clients must be over 18 years of age.
